Do I need any equipment?

No. Your plan can be built for bodyweight training, a home setup, or a full gym. Tell Ely exactly what you can use in the assessment, and he checks the exercise choices against that list before delivery.

What is included in the Starter Week?

The Starter Week is a $19 one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Ely checks the seven-day plan against your assessment and normally delivers it in 1–3 business days. One structured fit revision is included, and the full $19 is credited toward the $69 monthly membership if you join within 14 days of the plan appearing in your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The Starter Week does not auto-renew. You can cancel the Monthly Membership from your dashboard and keep access through the current paid billing period.

What happens while my next plan is reviewed?

While your Monthly Membership payment remains current, your latest paid plan stays available until Ely approves its replacement, and you can finish any workout in it that you have not logged yet. The earlier plan then remains available as read-only history. Starter Week still ends after seven days.

How are the workout plans created?

Your assessment stays connected to the plan while Ely checks the exercise selection, sets, reps, rest, progression, equipment fit, and stated limitations before approving it.

What is progressive overload?

Progressive overload means gradually increasing a training demand over time—for example, weight, reps, sets, range of motion, or execution quality. When it fits the assessment, the plan includes a progression method and explains what to do next.

How quickly will I see results?

MySetPlan cannot promise a result or timeline. Progress varies with starting point, training consistency, execution, recovery, nutrition, health, and individual response. The plan provides a clear training structure and a way to record completed work for the next review.

Should I consult a doctor before starting?

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting when a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, medication, symptoms, or another health concern may affect exercise. MySetPlan is remote fitness planning, not medical care or live supervision.
