You tell me how you train
Your answers give me the context I need: your goal, experience, schedule, equipment, and any limitations you share.
Meet the person behind your plan
I’m Ely. I remember what it felt like to walk into a gym and not know what to do. That is why I review plans one by one. I read each member's answers, change what does not fit, and approve the plan before it is sent.

Why this matters to me
I started lifting at 17 and never stopped. I’ve always found ways to stay active throughout life. I played many sports growing up, and I still play soccer today.
Fitness has helped me feel good and keep moving forward. That does not mean I always had everything figured out. I still remember the beginning—looking around the gym, seeing all the equipment, and not knowing which exercise to start with or how to put a week together.
I created MySetPlan because I want someone’s first gym experience to feel less overwhelming than mine did. My goal is to give each member a clear place to start and a plan that moves them toward the goals they shared with me.
What I check before delivery
Your goal, schedule, experience, equipment, and any non-medical limitation or exercise preference you share stay beside your plan while I review it. I check the exercise choices, weekly workload, effort targets, rest, and progression, make changes where needed, and approve the plan before it reaches you.
Your answers give me the context I need: your goal, experience, schedule, equipment, and any limitations you share.
I check the schedule, exercise choices, effort, rest, and progression against what you told me, then make any needed changes.
